Edge preparation
We take care of the precise edge processing according to your specifications - high-quality and standard-compliant. We reliably manufacture edgebands in accordance with DIN 28011 / 28013 and we can also bead them for you - for diameters from 700 to 1600 mm and wall thicknesses from 3 to 7 mm.
Heat treatment
We offer heat treatments up to 1180 °C - precisely controlled and monitored. With our high-performance annealing furnace, we are happy to take on your annealing orders on a contract basis.
Surface treatment
We offer internal and external sanding up to Ra 0.4 μ, carry out pickling and passivation and also perform blasting and priming professionally for you.
Cut-outs and markings
We use our 3D plasma cutting system to produce precise cut-outs - including weld seam preparation. Send us your STEP file or we can draw according to your specifications. An integrated scanner ensures exact results through target/actual comparison.
Transport
We take care of the smooth transport of your heads - quickly, safely and reliably. With experienced partners, we bring your heads exactly where you need them.
